초록
The aim of this study is to propose a literacy assessment method for the lower grade students in elementary school. The literacy assessment for the low grade must be ascertain the literacy ability in literal communication. These student’s literal ability is composed of the korean alphabet understanding and the using capability of written language for reading and writing. The literacy assessment of the lower grade measures the result of learning for the cores and the expectant literal factors. In the literacy assessment, the core factors test is to know the zone of current development in literal learning, the expectant literal factors test is to know the zone of proximal development. In like this assessment is required the dynamic assessment. This assessment is performed in collaboration with students and teacher. The teacher helps students to solve literal task during test. So the teacher get to teaching information for the literal weakness factors of students
