초록
Advanced information and communication technology (ICT), such as the internet, computers, smartphones, various applications, and kiosk order systems, plays a significant role in the lives of older adults. However, more information is needed about the relationship between their digital literacy and life satisfaction in the new normal. Thus, this study aims to examine the effects of digital literacy on life satisfaction in later life. Descriptive and regression analyses were conducted with the Survey on Korean older adults’ life status in 2020. Results from the secondary data analysis showed a significant association between the specific part of digital literacy and general life satisfaction. Significant implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed in this paper based on the research findings
