초록
In this study, we tried to find ways to utilize big data and artificial intelligence for policy improvement for the prevention and follow-up of youth cyberbullying. To this end, after briefly reviewing the concepts and principles of big data and artificial intelligence in the theoretical discussion section, the development and dissemination of youth cyberbullying indicators, and the development and dissemination of youth cyberbullying prevention apps, and the development and application of an AI robot that detects and bans profanity in the SNS content part was suggested as a policy measure for the prevention of youth cyberbullying, and the development and distribution of an artificial intelligence counseling chatbot for youth cyberbullying was reviewed as a policy measure for follow-up support. Next, in order to improve the validity of these theoretical discussions and discover new policy measures, a total of three related experts, consisting of two researchers on cyberbullying against youth and one big data and AI researcher from a national policy research institute, were invited on May 29, 2020.
