The usage of various concepts such as media literacy, digital citizenship, information literacy and digital literacy has caused confusion at school sites. Also, despite the fact that media literacy education is necessarily conducted to grow as a democratic citizen of the future society, it is the fact that the independent subject is absent, and related contents are sporadically included in various subjects. It is a situation where systematic education is not provided. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the content system of the curriculum taking into account the grade of the school year and the system, especially to minimize the burden on the school site, and to provide appropriate education in a timely manner.
