초록
The goal of this study is to conduct monitoring of community building citizen’s education program with examples of Suwon-City 'Community Renaissance Academy Program(CRAP)’. For this, participants’ needs in program process and IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) were analyzed. Intensive parts for improvement are as follows: First, the program's goal should materialize. Second, lecture contents are preserved and lecture times and time, level of difficulty and the existing community building policy program should be differentiated. Third, education schedules and period should be adjusted effectively. Forth, efforts to maintain the quality of operating staffs such as advisor, assistant, coordinator are required. This research has contributed to focus at the present stage of program the confirmation of what areas need improvement, and to prioritize resources to provide effectively. In order to derive accurate results, further the CRAP of the participants, the program's ongoing monitoring is needed.
