The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of child ＆ adolescent welfare services and specialists in community welfare centers. Raw data by interview obtained from 20 community welfare centers in Seoul, Inchon, Gyung-Gi, and Choong-nam . The major findings are as follows : 1. The most major service for children ＆ adolescents in community welfare centers is counselling service. All centers of this study provide children and adolescents with counselling services; individual counselling, group counselling, and psychological testing. 2. There is almost no specialist(for example, counsellor, guidance leader, nurse, dietician, etc.) except social workers in community welfare centers. This means that there is almost no professional programs in community welfare centers, especially in counselling services. 3. Almost social workers perceive themselves as a multi-specialist who is competent to manage all kinds of programs in community welfare center. So they don't want to work with other specialists except social workers . They believe that they just only need more social workers to provide with professional programs in community welfare center.
