초록

The present study is aimed at investigating the effects of 12 weeks Taekwondo program participation on metabolic syndrome indicators and sleep quality in obesity female university student dependent on smart phones. Sixteen participants were assigned in Taekwondo group(n=8), and control group(n=8).&#xD; The Taekwondo program consisted of program 60min/session, 3 days each week for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follow. First, in body composition, weight(p<.001), lean body mass(p<.01), percent body fat(p<.05), and body mass index(p<.001) had a statistically significant. Second, in metabolic syndrome indicators, waist circumference(p<.001), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(p<.01), triglyceride (p<.01), fasting blood glucose(p<.01), systolic blood pressure(p<.05), and diastolic blood pressure(p<.01) had a statistically significant. Third, smartphone addiction level and sleep quality, smartphone addiction level score(p<.001), and sleep quality score(p<.001) had a statistically significant. Also, smartphone addiction level and waist circunference(r=.844 p<.001) and sleep quality(r=.639, p<.01) presented a positive correlation. I
