초록
This study proposes an optimal path planning model for pedestrians and wheelchair users in convention centers, incorporating travel time, congestion, and corridor width—unlike prior research focused on shortest-path navigation—to provide the shortest-time path and the comfortable path. A case study reveals that wheelchair users experience longer travel times due to elevator waiting times and limited corridor width, while the occasional overlap of the two path types underscores the need for alternative routes for inclusive navigation, thereby extending path planning research to include wheelchair users and offering practical insights for customized guidance services and spatial management in convention centers.
