초록
The use of Artificial Intelligence(AI) in academia is a hot topic in the education field. Generative AI, like ChatGPT, is an AI tool that offers a range of benefits, including increased student engagement, collaboration, and accessibility. Especially Chat GPT is said to offer a wealth of opportunities for both higher education students and teachers. ChatGPT is an AI tool that has sparked debates about its potential implications for education. This paper is to examine utilization of General AI by university students focusing on ChatGPT focusing on ChatGPT. Based on prior studies which utilized TAM and VAM, media self-efficacy, educational expectancy, subjective norm, enjoyment, and trust were identified as affecting factors. According to the results of regression analysis, most factors were found to be significantly related to utilization of General AI by university students except trust. This study has implication in that it analyzed real utilization of General AI not the intention to use General AI by University students. It can provide a useful guideline for educational use of General AI in higher education.
