초록

This study explores research trends related to artificial intelligence and digital technologyby focusing on four key terms: literacy, artificial intelligence literacy, digital literacy, andknowledge information processing competency. Using the RISS database, we collectedpapers published over the last 20 years until September 2023 and conducted a quantitativebibliometric analysis. Semantic network analysis was applied to understand therelationships, trends, and characteristics of these concepts.
 The findings show that digital literacy, data literacy, AI literacy, and knowledge informationprocessing competency all aim to foster creative thinking and are primarily taught at thebasic education level, especially for elementary school students, often in convergenceeducation formats. Digital literacy is the most widely taught, covering all age groups andoverlapping with other literacies. Data literacy tends to function as a sub-element of digitalliteracy, while AI literacy overlaps with both digital and data literacy, with the potentialfor future integration. Knowledge information processing competency is researchedindependently from the other literacies, showing limited overlap.
