초록
The development of the Internet has created a social concept that never existed before. It is fake news.
 The composition of the paper is as follows. First, I looked at examples and problems of fake news and fake news that experts say. Second, I examined the current law in Korea. And I was worried about what we had to do before preparing countermeasures against fake news through the case. In addition, we have seen how foreign news responds to fake news. We need constant efforts and research in various fields such as society, politics, science, and technology in order to respond to fake news. Although legal regulations are required, it is impossible to eradicate fake news simply by legal regulations. And what we have to do ahead of this is to redefine ambiguous concepts.
