초록
This study is trying to find out the remedy for job market to the young students, considering difficult times in recent years. In order to do so, the acquisition of the national certificates of qualification and tasks are investigated. Specifically, the status of national certification is examined. The relation between certificates of qualification and job market is investigated, too. By way of the survey with the university and college students in the Busan, We are trying to find out the problems with the certificates of qualification; and we are trying to figure out how to deal with the problems to increase the connectivity of actual decent jobs. Based on the survey and the various statistic sources, we draw on the several policy alternatives in order to proper match between certificates of qualification and decent job market to the university and college students.
