초록
This paper aims to investigate the Magazine Byulgungon as “aScriptible Text” and the formation of readers for Popular literatures.
 Especially readers in the Magazine Byulgungon were connected to newpopular literature in 1930’s. The Magazine Byulgungon was publishedin Oct. 1926, and has been discontinued as Vol. 73. in Jun. 1934. Atthe first place, it was very first magazine for “tastes” in colonizedChosun. Tastes were related with readers’s who were the people of themiddle classes or the lower classes.
 Actually editors in the Magazine Byulgungon would like to educatereaders of the middle or low classes, reading the practical contents inthe magazine. However, readers’ desires were different from intellectualeditors and authors. They had desired to change the MagazineByulgungon owing to regard it as “a Scritible Text” by Roland GerardBarthes. According to The Reader, the Text, the Poem written byLouis M. Rosenblatt, editors’ desires and readers’ had caused “thetransaction” with each other in the Magazine Byulgungon.
 Therefore the Magazine Byulgungon is very important text as “aScriptible Text” that readers and editors continuously created it together.
