The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate visitor's perception about regional festival by SERVQUAL method. According to the degree of the visitors's interest about regional festival, it develops the city and forms the image of the city. Regional festival is very important today because it is very helpful for activation of the regional economy through specific goods connected with regional festival. Therefore. this research wanted to examine present conditions of Iksan Int'l Performing Arts Festival for Children & Young Adult and proposed strategy for development of the festival through visitor's perception.

According to the study, physical and emotional burdens needed to have a support system of instrumental, emotional and information activities. Social and financial burdens needed to have a support system of instrumental, information activities and emotional support. Presentation of this study was the necessity of a social support system application device. Reinforced social supports; instrumental, emotional and information activities directly affects the mother's burdens. Not only focusing on the children's welfare but help the mothers burdens too. In addition, in order to use the social support system effectively, in requires a practical approach to the policy. Above all, the system needs to be officially supported. Until now it has been unofficially supported. It needs to be supported by national assistance.

본 연구의 목적은 아동․청소년의 부적응에 보호요인이 될 수 있는 자아존중감을 매개변인으로 해서 부모간의 갈등(갈등 빈도, 표출적 갈등, 숨겨진 갈등)과 아동․청소년의 부적응과의 관계를 밝혀 내어 부모간의 갈등이 아동․청소년의 부적응에 미치는 영향력을 최소화하는 방법을 모색하는데 있다. 선행연구를 근거로 하여 가설적 연구모델을 세우고 이를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 청주시 소재 초등학교 5, 6학년 274명, 중학교 1, 2학년 439명, 인문계․실업계 고등학교 1, 2학년 616명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 설문지 조사 방법으로 하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN과 LISRELⅧ 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에 따르면, 부모간의 갈등(갈등의 빈도, 표출적 갈등, 숨겨진 갈등)이 높을수록 아동․청소년의 부적응은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 아동․청소년의 자아존중감이 높은 경우 부모간의 갈등이 부적응에 미치는 영향을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 아동․청소년의 자아존중감은 부모간의 갈등이 아동․청소년의 부적응에 미치는 영향을 최소화하는 매개변인으로서의 역할을 하는 중요한 변인임 됨을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 아동․청소년이 높은 자아존중감을 형성하도록 강화하는 것이 부모간의 갈등이 아동․청소년의 부적응에 미치는 영향을 최소화하는 방법이 됨을 시사해 준다.

본 연구는 Schniering과 Rapee(2001)에 의해 개발된 아동기 자동적 사고 척도를 한국말로 번역하고, 이의 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보고자 하였다. 아동기 자동적 사고 척도와 함께 이를 타당화할 수 있는 자기보고형 척도들을 초등학교 4학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지의 남녀학생 809명에게 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과, 기존의 연구에서와 마찬가지로 4개의 요인(우울 인지, 사회불안 인지, 신체적 위협 인지, 적대적 인지)이 추출되었는데, 설명력이 낮고 요인간 변별력이 낮게 나타난 8개의 문항을 제외하고 총 32개의 문항으로 척도를 재구성하였다. 이 척도는 내적 합치도가 .94로 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 공존타당도 역시 높은 편이었다. 아동기 자동적 사고 척도의 유용성 및 제한점이 논의되었다.
